Life can be overwhelming and beautiful. Creating a place that provides perspective and insight can be essential to grow into the full self. Thank you for taking time to consider this journey. Making the decision to pursue therapy for you or a loved one can be a challenge within itself. I hope that I can be a part of it.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist. I see individuals ages 10 and up with a particular focus on families, adolescents and young adults. However, I believe in a good therapeutic fit and provide a free consultation to see if this may be case and to answer any questions you may have. My style is open, warm and inquisitive. I am trained in multiple modalities but like to tailor my approach that best suits where you are. I look forward to becoming a part of your journey but if not, I hope the best for your travels going forward and I appreciate you stopping by.

Appointments and Fees:
We live in a perpetual changing time which requires us to adapt. I prefer in person sessions, but I also believe that consistency is essential for therapy to be most effective. For this reason, I leave open the option for confidential virtual sessions. This will be discussed upon first meeting.
